ELITE PROGRAM

U15-U18

NEVAlogonew.JPG

Northern Elite is our flagship program for high school age girls focusing on building from the foundational level to incorporate elements of strategic and high level play. Players are placed on teams according to skill level, attitude, coachability, leadership ability, and energy, among other qualities. Teams typically compete in several regional tournaments in the Club, Premier, or Open Divisions. Some teams will travel to tournaments in-state, which may be associated with additional traveling costs. We emphasize our mission as described below to create a dynamic culture of family and friendship. Regular club season runs from November to April.

Northern Elite Nationals Teams typically compete in local qualifiers for AAU Junior Nationals Tournaments. Additional travel to out-of-state qualifiers and AAU Junior Nationals, as well as additional practice time, are associated with additional season costs. Nationals Season runs from mid-April to late June. Following Nationals season, N.E.V.A. facilitates a comprehensive summer program for further training, which is included in club season base fees and accessible to all players.

IN-STATE TRAVEL CLUB POLICIES

Should your team decide to travel to an in-state tournament beyond the Utah Club Volleyball regional boundaries (Southern Utah Volleyball League, Mountain Peak Tournaments in Logan, etc.), the financially responsible parent/guardian will be responsible for any travel arrangements, lodging, food, and miscellaneous additional travel expenses. Parent engagement is greatly appreciated in coordinating team travel. Tournament and coaching fees for in-state travel tournaments are included in the Elite season base price.

OUT-OF-STATE TRAVEL CLUB POLICIES

Should any regular season team elect to travel to an out-of-state tournament, any and all additional costs or fees will fall upon the financially responsible parent/guardian. Such expenses may include, but are not limited to transportation, lodging, tournament fees, coaching fees, and food.

NATIONALS SEASON 2023

Nationals season follows regular club season. During a dedicated Nationals tryout, coaches will observe players with concentration on their skill level, receptiveness to feedback, and mindset, among other qualities. Baseline skill level is the minimum expected of Nationals players - we are looking for highly driven, highly passionate, well-rounded athletes and human beings. Nationals teams are completely voluntary. Any additional fees or expenses incurred are not included in club season base price and will fall to the financially responsible parent/guardian.

New for the 2023 season - we anticipate offering a U14 Nationals Squad in addition to U16 and U17/18 Teams. U14 Nationals teams will pull from both our Elite and Eagles programs to level up the dynamic of play in every sense!
