Elite Ohana Division is Our Flagship Program for Girls

The Elite Ohana Division is the heart of N.E.V.A., designed for girls who are ready to take their volleyball skills to the next level. Starting from strong foundational training, we progressively incorporate strategic elements and high-level play to develop well-rounded, competitive athletes.

What Sets the Elite Ohana Division Apart?

  • Skill-Based Team Placement: Players are placed on teams based on a variety of factors, including skill level, attitude, coachability, leadership ability, and energy.

  • Competitive Play: Teams compete in regional tournaments across Club, Premier, and Open Divisions, offering a diverse range of challenges for players to grow and excel.

  • Travel Opportunities: Some teams will have the chance to travel to in-state tournaments, with possible additional travel costs for families.

  • Focus on Family & Friendship: Beyond the game, we emphasize creating a dynamic culture of family and friendship that extends throughout the season

  • The Elite Ohana Division runs from November to April during the regular club season, preparing players for high-level competition and a seamless transition into our Nationals Program.

Nationals Season Details:

  • Duration: Mid-April to late June

  • Additional Costs: Travel and practice time for Nationals will incur additional season costs.

  • Summer Program: After Nationals season, players can continue their training with our comprehensive summer program, which is included in the base club season fees and accessible to all players.

  • Nationals Program: Compete on a National Stage

  • For those looking to compete at the highest level, our Northern Elite Nationals Teams are an exciting opportunity. These teams typically participate in local qualifiers for the AAU Junior Nationals Tournament, with the possibility of additional travel to out-of-state qualifiers and Nationals.

ELITE OHANA SEASON
PRICING INFORMATION

Regular Season Base Pricing: $2700

The Elite Ohana Division is designed for players of all levels, from beginner to Open level, offering a unique and inclusive program focused on developing athletes’ physical, mental, and social skills through the sport of volleyball.

Our program provides a family-oriented environment, where players are supported and encouraged to grow both on and off the court. With N.E.V.A., you’re not just playing volleyball—you’re joining a community that emphasizes passion, growth, and teamwork.

Regular Season

(6-Month Club Volleyball)

The regular season runs from November to April, with optional travel to in-state tournaments (subject to additional fees). Players will be placed on teams based on their skill level, attitude, coachability, and leadership qualities.

Regular Season:

  • Free Full Summer Training Program (June – End of July)

  • 3 Custom Jerseys

  • 1 Custom Hoodie or Jacket

  • 1 Custom Backpack

  • 2 Practice T-Shirts

  • 2 Practices per Week (2 hours each)

  • 3 One-Day In-State Regional Tournaments

  • 2 Two-Day In-State Regional Tournaments

  • Head Coach’s Pay

  • Gym Rental Fees

  • Administrative Fees

  • Equipment Fees

  • Club Insurance

Optional Travel to In-State Tournaments

In addition to local tournaments, Elite Ohana Division players have the opportunity to travel to in-state tournaments. Travel fees will be additional.

Season Payment Info

We offer flexible payment options for the Elite Ohana Division to make it easier for families to plan ahead:

  • One Full Payment: Pay the entire season fee upfront.

  • Three-Month Payment Plan: Spread payments over three months.

  • Four-Month Payment Plan: Spread payments over four months.

Sibling Discounts

We offer sibling discounts to make it more affordable for families with multiple players.
Pricing for the older athlete is based on the program they will participate in (either Elite or Eagles Regional Club Team). For more information, please reach out to Club Director Kalani Gasper.

American Preparatory Academy Players

Players from American Preparatory Academy may inquire with Club Director Kalani Gasper for information about exclusive pricing for players attending APA Schools.  

Commitment & Financial Contract

Joining N.E.V.A. means making a commitment to be part of our volleyball family. This requires the signing of a Parent-Player Financial Contract. Within the contract, you’ll find detailed information about:

  • Payment plans

  • Club policies

  • Sibling discounts

  • Additional travel and tournament fees

In-State Travel Club Policies

If your team decides to travel to an in-state tournament beyond Utah’s regional boundaries (e.g., Southern Utah Volleyball League, Mountain Peak Tournaments), the financially responsible parent/guardian will be responsible for all travel arrangements, food, and any additional travel-related expenses.

What's Included in the Season Price:

  • Tournament and coaching fees for in-state travel tournaments.

Out-of-State Travel Club Policies

For any out-of-state tournaments, the financially responsible parent/guardian will cover all additional costs, including but not limited to:

  • Transportation

  • Lodging

  • Tournament fees

  • Coaching fees

  • Food

  • These expenses are not included in the regular season base price.

Nationals Season 2025-2026

After the regular club season, players have the opportunity to try out for Nationals. During Nationals tryouts, coaches will assess:

  • Skill level

  • Receptiveness to feedback

  • Mindset

  • Leadership and character

Nationals Season Details:

  • Voluntary Participation: Nationals teams are optional but are a great opportunity for those looking to compete at the highest level.

  • Additional Fees: All Nationals-related expenses (e.g., travel, lodging, entry fees) are not included in the regular season price and are the responsibility of the financially responsible parent/guardian.

2024-2025 Nationals Team Tournaments

  • In-State Regionals: 2-3 regional tournaments here in Utah.

  • In It To Win It Challenge Volleyball Tournament (Las Vegas Convention Center) – 

  • 40th Annual AAU Festival Championships (Phoenix, Arizona) –

Financial Information for Nationals Season

          The price for Nationals season is expected to range between $1500-$1900 and includes:

  • Tournament entry fees for 5 AAU Grand Prix/Super Regional/Championship tournaments

  • Uniform expenses

  • Head coach's pay

  • Lodging and other team fees

As with the regular season, we offer flexible payment plans to assist with this additional cost. If you’re interested in this, please reach out to Club Director Kalani Gasper.

AAU Regulations of Play

N.E.V.A. participates in tournaments and events sanctioned by the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). As such, AAU Membership is required for all players, coaches, and club-associated non-athletes to participate in any AAU-licensed events.
